Enjoy delicious delights from Biscuit Head South and proceeds will benefit Cornbread & Roses.\nHosted by our rainbow glitter goddess, Katarina Synclaire this event promises bold performances, vibrant looks, and pure joy to help us lift each other up as we rebuild our beloved “Emerald City.” So, whether you’re a Dorothy finding your way, a Scarecrow showing your smarts, or a Lion leading with courage, come be a part of the magic! This brunch promises to be an unforgettable experience with the best drag queen entertainment that will leave you mesmerized.\nCornbread & Roses, located in Sylva, started in 2021 when community members noticed a lack of inclusive services in the rural area known as “West of Asheville.” In August 2022, queer and allied individuals founded the nonprofit Cornbread & Roses Community Counseling (CBRCC) to address the gaps in services like mental health care, food security, and community building.
