This is not a decision Laura and I made lightly. Over the past nine years in business, the cost of nearly everything required to operate a business has increased dramatically. During that same period, we have kept our prices low while continually improving the service, quality, and value of our marketing programs.
Like many small-business owners, we have worked hard to absorb rising expenses rather than pass them along to our customers. However, we have reached the point where a price adjustment is necessary for Incredible Towns to remain sustainable and continue providing the quality of marketing and personal service our clients deserve.
We believe other business owners will understand this challenge because they have experienced it themselves. Materials, technology, insurance, labor, utilities, subscriptions, and professional services all cost more today. At the same time, customers still expect, and deserve, excellent value. Finding that balance is one of the hardest parts of running a small business.

To honor that loyalty, all existing clients will be permanently grandfathered at the rates they are currently paying.
We are extending that same commitment to businesses that join us before the increase takes effect. Any business that purchases Incredible Towns Web Marketing, an Incredible Business Networking Sponsorship, Incredible Visibility, or another qualifying Incredible Towns marketing program by July 31, 2026, will secure today’s pricing and receive the same grandfathered-rate commitment as our current clients.
