Register / Create an Account
1) How do I set up a Free User Account?
Create a Free User Account by visiting the Registration page. You can also click Register in the main menu, then follow the prompts to complete your account.
After registering, sign in at Login to use member features like adding events and leaving reviews in the Business Directory.
2) Why should I create an account on Incredible Towns?
A free account unlocks key platform features, including the ability to submit events to the Event Calendar and leave reviews on directory listings in the Business Directory.
3) Where do I register if I can’t find the “Register” menu link?
Go directly to the Incredible Towns Registration page. After registering, you can sign in anytime at Login.
Login / Password Help
4) How do I log in to my account?
Visit the Login page, enter your username or email address and your password, then click Sign In.
5) I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to Login and use the Forgot Password option. Enter the email tied to your account, and you’ll receive a reset link.
Tip: If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder and search for “Incredible Towns”.
6) Why can’t I log in?
- Double-check you’re using the correct email or username on the Login page.
- Try resetting your password via Forgot Password on the same page.
- Turn off auto-fill and retype your login details (saved passwords can be outdated).
- If you recently registered, confirm you completed the form on Registration.
Add & Manage Events
7) How do I add my event to the Event Calendar?
Step 1: You must have a Free User Account. If you don’t have one yet, register here.
Step 2: Visit Add Event and complete the event form.
Step 3: Upload an image (recommended) and submit your event for review.
After submission, events are reviewed and typically approved within 24–48 hours. You can browse events anytime on Events (or See All Events).
8) What should I have ready before I submit an event?
- A clear event title and description (who it’s for, what to expect, and key details).
- Date, start time, and end time (if applicable).
- Venue name + address (or clear online meeting details).
- An event image (recommended) for best visibility on Events.
9) Where can I view events after they’re approved?
Once approved, your event appears on the main events feed at Incredible Towns Events. You can also explore more listings at See All Events.
10) How long does it take for events to be approved?
Events are submitted for review and are typically approved within 24–48 hours after submission via Add Event.
Leave Reviews
11) How do I leave a review for a business listed in the directory?
Step 1: You must have a Free User Account. If needed, register here or log in here.
Step 2: Navigate to the business listing you want to review from the Business Directory (or use the Business Map).
Step 3: Open the listing, scroll to the reviews section, choose your rating, and submit your review.
12) Why do I need an account to leave a review?
Requiring a free account helps keep reviews more trustworthy and reduces spam. If you don’t have one yet, you can create an account here in minutes.
13) Where do I find a business listing to review?
Start on the Business Directory. For location-based searching, use the Business Map. Open the listing, then scroll to the reviews section.
Blog & Content Submissions
14) How do I submit a Blog Entry?
Blog submissions typically require a user account and may depend on your role and/or your Incredible Towns Marketing Plan (some plans include guest blogging privileges).
Best next step: send the following info via email to contact@incredibletowns.com and include:
- Your name + the email tied to your user account (if applicable)
- Your business name and a link to your directory listing (if available) via Business Directory
- Your blog title, full text, and one featured image
- Whether your post is educational, event-related (link to Events), or promotional

15) How do I sign up for an Incredible Towns Marketing Plan?

17) How do I sign up for Push Notifications from Incredible Towns?
Push notifications are enabled through your web browser. When you see a prompt on IncredibleTowns.com, choose Allow to receive updates about events, announcements, and promotions.
If you previously clicked Block or dismissed the prompt, you can enable notifications in your browser’s site settings for IncredibleTowns.com, then refresh the site and try again.
