Local East Tennessee sourdough micro-bakery! Offering private lessons, group classes, and the sale of sourdough products. Current menu includes mini loaves, full-sized loaves, and cinnamon rolls. Gather some friends and come attend a sourdough basics class! Learn how to benefit your home with healthier bread! You'll enjoy a slice of fresh sourdough so that you'll know what to look forward to. I will send you home with a starter in a jar that you have fed yourself! We will go over the differences between an active starter and a non-active starter. You will see how to mix a loaf as well as complete a set of stretch folds. I will provide you a printed copy of my detailed recipe and instructions. This session will last approximately 1.5 hours depending on the group's preference. I can't wait to meet you and talk sourdough together!
