Congratulations, there’s an event just for you! Join us at The River Arts District Brewing Company for a night of outrageously fun facts and tasty beverages.
Nerd Nite is a monthly event held in 100+ cities around the world featuring fun-yet-informative presentations across a variety of subjects.
Featuring:
- Archiving a Disaster (Katherine Cutshall, everyone’s favorite Asheville historian)
- Our Current Reality is Multimodal Post-Modernist Literature (Ashley Allen, literacy advocate and Co-Executive Director of Read 2 Succeed)
- Surveillance Self-Defense for the Current Panopticon (Nicole Lopez, Director of Technology at Midwest Access Coalition, organizer of Code with Asheville and Techies for Reproductive Justice)
Doors 6pm, show 7pm sharp.
Early arrival strongly recommended.
