We build riverboards in Woodfin, NC just outside of Asheville and we also offer riverboarding trips in western NC . What is riverboarding? Imagine bodyboarding down whitewater rivers, but on a beefier board specially designed for rapids and wearing a helmet, pfd, wetsuit, kneepads, and fins. Riverboarding allows you to experience the river in a different way because you get to be IN the water and is easy to learn – with an experienced guide you can enjoy class II or III on your first day after a short lesson.
