Personalized Bodywork with Donna Farrell

Choosing a massage therapist is about finding someone who listens, communicates clearly, and respects your comfort. Donna Farrell’s approach centers on meeting people where they are, both physically and personally.

Donna holds massage therapy licenses in Tennessee, Virginia, and North Carolina. Her professional affiliations include the American Massage Therapy Association and Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.

Her practice serves individuals, businesses, event organizers, families, and care communities. With an emphasis on accessibility and individualized attention, Donna brings a thoughtful approach to each setting. Clients can discuss their preferences and wellness goals to help shape the experience.

For someone arranging massage for the first time, this personal connection provides a useful starting point: explain what you are looking for, ask questions, and explore which service fits your circumstances.

Convenient Mobile Massage in Northeast Tennessee

Bodywork Traveler’s in-home service allows clients to receive therapies in familiar surroundings. For people who prefer staying home, mobile appointments offer an alternative to traveling to a spa.

Sessions are customized and may incorporate techniques such as deep tissue, hot stones, myofascial cupping, or lymphatic drainage, depending on the client’s needs and the planned service.

Interested in an appointment at home? Request mobile massage and include your location and preferred date.

Corporate and Event Massage

Looking for a thoughtful addition to a gathering? Bodywork Traveler offers on-site chair and table massage for corporate functions, wellness retreats, private celebrations, and community events.

Chair works well for conferences and events where guests rotate through shorter sessions. Participants remain clothed, and oils are not required. Table suits longer appointments in a quieter space with appropriate privacy.

Event options include:

• Employee and client appreciation events.

• Wellness retreats and mindfulness gatherings.

• Bridal showers and private celebrations.

• Health fairs and community programs.

• Festivals, charity events, and athletic gatherings.

Donna brings the necessary equipment and coordinates with organizers on timing, space, and guest flow. Event sessions typically range from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the arrangement.

Request an event massage quote early to discuss your date, venue, and anticipated attendance.

Workplace Wellness and Employee Massage

Bodywork Traveler helps businesses bring wellness activities directly into the workplace. Available options include half-day or full-day chair massage visits, focused sessions, and short educational workshops.

Workplace sessions can focus on areas employees commonly identify as uncomfortable, such as their shoulders, neck, hands, or lower back. Workshops cover subjects including posture, hand and arm self-care, and stress management.

Businesses can also ask about monthly or quarterly visits. This flexibility allows an employer to explore a single appreciation event or an ongoing wellness schedule.

Donna works with the organization to determine session lengths, scheduling, setup, and relevant workplace protocols. For a business owner or human resources coordinator, the first step is a conversation about staff size, available space, and program goals.

Call 423-858-3100 to discuss workplace massage or a wellness workshop for your team.

Senior Wellness and Compassionate Care

Bodywork Traveler offers gentle, personalized services for older adults and medically fragile clients. Donna has completed additional training to serve these populations and adapts sessions to each person’s comfort, mobility, and health circumstances.

Services are available in settings including private homes, independent living communities, assisted living communities, memory care units, and hospice environments.

Depending on the individual, a session may take place in a chair, bed, or on a massage table. Communication with families, caregivers, and facility staff helps guide the arrangements.

Families can inquire about care for a loved one, while facility coordinators can discuss services for residents. The focus is on respectful attention, comfort, and an experience suited to the individual.

Contact Donna about senior massage to discuss the setting and the person’s needs.
