  • Requires a reviewed financial statement for the State of TN application.
• Used Automobile Lots
  • Requires a compiled financial statement for the State of TN application.

General

• Monthly Service Bookkeeping
  • We will record and track your financial transactions, reconcile all relevant accounts, and produce necessary reports to ensure that your financial records are accurate and up-to-date.  This also illustrates the well-being of your company’s finances.
  • This also includes filing a number of State-level reports:
    • Business Tax Return
    • Sales Tax Return
• Payroll
  • We will process payment for your employees at weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly intervals to make sure that all payroll liabilities are satisfied.  These liabilities can either be paid by check or via direct deposit.  We will also work with you to ensure that all payroll tax liabilities are paid when due.  This also includes the timely filing of reports such as:
    • Quarterly 941 Payroll Tax Return
    • Annual 940 Annual Federal Unemployment (FUTA) Tax Return
    • State Unemployment (SUTA) Tax Return

OUR TEAM

 Joshua Culbert earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in accounting from East Tennessee State University. He is currently licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee. He is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Johnson City Rotary Club. Joshua has served on the Steering Committee of the Roan Scholars Leadership Program, and is an Eagle Scout. Joshua resides in Johnson City with his wife, daughter, and son. Joshua is an avid fly fisherman.
