Construction – Requires a reviewed financial statement for the State of TN application.

Used Automobile Lots – Requires a compiled financial statement for the State of TN application.

Joshua Culbert earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in accounting from East Tennessee State University. He is currently licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee. He is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Johnson City Rotary Club. Joshua has served on the Steering Committee of the Roan Scholars Leadership Program, and is an Eagle Scout. Joshua resides in Johnson City with his wife, daughter, and son. Joshua is an avid fly fisherman.
