Eli Harari, The Thinking Coach, Short Bio

As an Army commander in the IDF and a professional athlete in the Israeli National Team in a leading role, Eli Harari knows what it means to lead from the front by example, as well as build a cohesive team that performs at an optimal level in challenging circumstances.

This practical leadership background is combined with over 25 years of international experience in facilitating corporate executives' seminars, teaching in educational institutions, and training government officials globally. This training includes group work as well as individual leadership coaching and mentoring.  

Eli’s aim is to guide professionals to achieve holistic development in the vast territory of soft skills, which determines the health of the organization upon which rests its long-term success. 

Eli’s experience shows beyond a shadow of a doubt that self-leadership and outward leadership are interconnected where each aspect is the training ground for the other.
