Todd Weatherly, President of Stucker, Smith & Weatherly, a therapeutic and educational consulting practice, brings over 30 years of experience in behavioral health, including 15 years in the private-pay treatment field. During this time, Todd has earned a reputation as a pioneer and leader, passionate about developing programs, building teams, and facilitating specialized care for those in need. A career is driven by a deep commitment to serving others.

As a former Executive Director and CEO, Todd is highly sought after for his guidance and expertise within the treatment community. Over the past decade, he has focused on serving as a behavioral health treatment expert, advising families, trusts, attorneys, schools, and programs. Todd has his BA in Psychology and M.Ed. in OdEd Administration. He is a member of the Therapeutic Consulting Association (TCA), the Young Adult Transition Association (YATA), an associate member of the National Association of Therapeutic Schools & Programs (NATSAP), and the National Behavioral Health Association of Providers (NBHAP). He also produces the podcast Head Inside Mental Health, aired locally on community radio. He is a speaker, published photographer, golfer. and mountain biker residing in the Asheville area of beautiful Western North Carolina with his wife, two kids, two cats, and Athena the Husky.
