Johnson City: “Treat.All.Out” Trick-or-Treat inside the Memorial Park Community Center (503 Bert St. Johnson City. TN) from 4-7pm
Erwin: “Downtown Erwin Fall Fall Festival” Trick-or-Treat inside Unicoi County High School (700 S. Mohawk Dr. Erwin, TN) from 6-8pm
