Rainy Halloween? Indoor Trick-or-Treat Events planned in the Tri-Cities

Who is going to let a some rain ruin Halloween and the relentless pursuit of candy? That’s right – no one! With the forecast for thunderstorms across the Appalachian Highlands on Thursday, Oct 31, 2019, plans are being made to accommodate this sweet annual tradition. Here are two that have been announced in the local news:

Johnson City: “Treat.All.Out” Trick-or-Treat inside the Memorial Park Community Center (503 Bert St. Johnson City. TN) from 4-7pm

Erwin: “Downtown Erwin Fall Fall Festival” Trick-or-Treat inside Unicoi County High School (700 S. Mohawk Dr. Erwin, TN) from 6-8pm
